NETWORK's Privacy Policy

NETWORK collects no information about you through the web site without your knowledge. If you wish to make use of certain services we offer -- for example, using the Legislative Action Center -- you will be asked to provide relevant information (name, address, phone number, e-mail address).

If you provide your street address and you are not a NETWORK member, NETWORK may send you, by U.S. Postal Service, occasional invitations to join. NETWORK will not share your address with any other entity.

If you provide your e-mail address and you are not a NETWORK member, NETWORK may e-mail you a one-time membership invitation, with an opportunity to sign up for periodic e-mail updates about our programs and activities. NETWORK does not sell, rent or exchange e-mail addresses with any other entity.

If you provide both your e-mail address and street address, in your one-time e-mail membership invitation you will be given the opportunity to indicate that you do not wish to receive the postal membership invitations.
