Stephanie has worked at NETWORK since 1995 and now serves as Communications Advisor. During her years at NETWORK she has managed our publications (Connection, InterConnection), NETWORK's media relations and NETWORK’s website, and she wrote/edited policy pieces and articles. Stephanie has been involved in numerous educational and community service activities, both in the U.S. and abroad. Prior to NETWORK, she was a disability rights activist. She also coauthored an award-winning book about special education policies for families of children with disabilities. Stephanie's articles on social justice issues have appeared in magazines, journals and other publications. She has a B.A. from the College of William and Mary and an M.A. from Marymount University and has completed post-graduate programs in humanities and special education at George Washington University and the Rheinischen Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn, Germany.
