NETWORK’s 50th Anniversary Intergenerational Dialogue
Founded by Catholic Sisters in the progressive spirit of Vatican II, NETWORK Lobby works to create a society that promotes justice and the dignity of all in the shared abundance of God’s creation. We are rooted in Catholic Social Justice and are open to all who share our passion.
In celebration of NETWORK’s 50th anniversary, we are hosting a virtual Intergenerational Dialogue on Tuesday, February 15th from 6:30pm-8:30pm (EST) between some of our long-time Sister advocates and young justice-seekers (ages 18-30). It will be a time of listening and reflection about how each generation has been moved by the Spirit to respond to the “signs of the times”, and how we can continue to the work of building a just society for all!
The event will feature a clip from NETWORK’s upcoming documentary, a keynote from Olga Segura, author of Birth of a Movement: Black Lives Matter and the Catholic Church, and a time of intergenerational dialogue and reflection.
Young Justice-Seeker Application (ages 18-30)
If you are a young justice-seeker and would like to apply to participate in this event, please fill out the registration below. Although we’d like to have everyone participate, we are limiting the attendance in order to ensure intimate and equitable small groups. We will notify those who are selected to join the event by January 31.
However, everyone who registers will receive a recording of the event and will be invited to other opportunities to continue the conversation!
Application closes January 25.
