The 2025 Voting Record
In January 2026, NETWORK’s Government Relations team carried out its 50+ year tradition of reviewing the previous year’s legislative record through a lens of our policy agenda. This year’s legislative review reveals who championed We the People, and supported An Economy for All, and who didn’t.
The first session of the 119th Congress saw the Trump administration issue an onslaught of
constitutionally questionable executive actions. Rather than function as an independent branch of government, the Republican-led Congress fully supported the Administration as it decimated democratic institutions–stealing jobs, safety, and security from Americans and people around the world. Congress also co-signed the President’s desire to zero out funds appropriated by Congress and harassed public officials who refused to take direction from the president.

This winter, NETWORK advocates will deliver 2025 Voting Records to their Members of Congress to thank them for their votes to make life better for all of us, or to hold them accountable for not voting to build An Economy for All. Will you make a delivery in your state or district?
There are three ways was to deliver the NETWORK 2025 Voting Record:
- Schedule a meeting with your Members of Congress at their district offices to deliver the Voting Record
- Drop-off the Voting Record at their district offices
- E-mail the Voting Record to your Members of Congress (Come back soon for an action alert to help with this option)

Q. How will I get the 2025 Voting Record certificates I need for my Members of Congress?
A. Register with NETWORK to deliver the 2025 Voting Record. It may be tempting to create your own, but we want to be sure Members of Congress get the official NETWORK certificate in recognition of their moral courage. Some display their certificates on their wall or on a prominent shelf, it’s important that they get the official certificate to show off!
Q. When should I plan my delivery?
A. The best time to schedule your delivery is February 17-20 when Members of Congress are home in their state and districts for February Recess. This is a great time to connect! We know scheduling with offices can be challenging, so if you have to schedule outside of February Recess we understand. We’re grateful for your delivery—whenever you complete it in January, February, or March!
Q. How will I know what to do? Can you connect me with others in my district?
A. Please be sure to register to deliver the 2025 Voting Record. Everyone who registers will receive a follow-up email with guidance. Registering also enables us to equip you with materials, such as, certificates for 100% voters), and connect you with other advocates from your state and/or district for the delivery.
Q. Am I responsible for setting up the meeting with district offices?
A. Yes. Direct your meeting requests to your Representative’s District Director or your Senator’s State Director. Visit your Member of Congress’s website to obtain their district office address and phone number. Reach out to the office directly to get the appropriate email address to schedule your meeting. If there is not a district office in your region, check with staff for mobile office hour availability
Q. What’s the best way to drop off a certificate?
A. Attach a note to the certificate that identifies you as a constituent and NETWORK advocate. You should also include a polite, concise message to the Member of Congress about their score.
Please Note: It may be difficult to get into offices, so you may need to schedule your drop off with the office.
