Sixth Season Debuts August 25, Will Focus on Faith, Affordability, Access to Voting, and Leadership of Catholic Sisters

WASHINGTON, D.C.—Just Politics, the podcast produced by NETWORK Lobby for Catholic Social Justice and U.S. Catholic magazine, returns August 25, focusing its new season on the current moral questions of our U.S. politics. As the midterm elections near, guests will share their perspectives on these questions, reflecting on faith, civic engagement, justice, and the common good.
Sr. Eilis McCulloh, HM of NETWORK’s Grassroots Mobilization team will be the host, engaging guests with questions such as: Who can afford to get sick in the U.S.? What does faith tell us about the current housing crisis? How do communities of faith address voter suppression? And what does it mean to love with faith?
“The answers to these moral questions determine whether we have a say in our future or whether poverty, illness, homelessness, voter suppression, and other problems continue to exclude so many of us from the table,” said Sr. Eilis. “Just Politics will explore how faith and justice cannot be separated from our politics. We’re excited to draw on the wisdom of our guests to better learn how we can work to transform all our communities.”
