Where do you find inspiration for your work? - I’m inspired by the long tradition of prophetic Catholic thought and activism – which includes not only leaders like Dorothy Day and Peter Maurin, but also the strong women who ran my home parish growing up! - I also draw inspiration for justice work from the land and its ecosystems, which have much to teach us about living in interconnected community. What do you love outside of work Doing anything outside, sharing meals with loved ones, making music with friends. Originally from: McLean, VA Why do you like D.C.? The good food, green spaces, and lack of skyscrapers!
