In fact, her new book Unbound: How Inequality Constricts Our Economy and What We Can Do About It is all about how economic inequality ultimately hurts people, businesses, and the overall growth of our country. Boushey argues that stagnant wages and lack of workplace benefits further complicate financial instability for many people. Our economic policy must work to heal inequality and create new solutions for people to be supported, not hindered, by our government.
